Unisex blanks come off a men’s frame, which gives them a straighter body, a wider shoulder, and a longer sleeve. A women’s cut narrows the shoulder, shapes the bust and waist, and shortens both the sleeve and the body. Unisex builds run off our main custom T‑shirts program.

Start at the shoulder seam, which belongs on the shoulder bone. The sleeve ends mid-bicep on a standard cut, the side seam follows the body without pulling across the bust, and the hem sits where the styling calls for it. Pinch an inch or two of fabric at the waist on a fitted body, two to three on a relaxed body.

We source blanks in whichever sizes you want, and on a cut-and-sew program we size to your specifications. Extended sizes get their own grading rules. Shoulder width, bust, and body length scale together.
