Our typical turnaround time for all custom orders is the following:

• Off-shelf products: 10 – 14 business days (+ shipping time). If you have an event soon, or your in-hand date is approaching quickly, this is likely the best option to meet your deadline.
• Custom products: 2 – 4 months (depending on different variables of the order). For air shipping, it usually takes 3 weeks for the sample, 1 month production time, and 2 weeks for shipping. For ocean shipping it takes 3 weeks for the sample, 1 month for full production, plus 3 months for shipping.
