What’s the minimum order for custom visors?
The minimum is 144 units per style per colorway. One program can mix decoration and colorways toward that total, so a single order can cover several team or department looks.
What’s the difference between a fully custom visor and a decorated blank?
A decorated blank starts from a stock visor and adds your logo, which is faster and lower cost. A fully custom visor is built to your spec from the materials up, giving you control over fabric, color, closure, and interior branding. We can do both.
Can I see a sample before production?
You get a digital mockup, and for fully custom programs we can make a physical pre-production sample. Production starts only after your approve it, so nothing surprises you when the full run lands.
Can you private label visors for my company?
We build private label visors for corporate teams and brands: your name on the interior tag, your colors, your logo, your packaging. Minimums and timing match our fully custom program.
Do you offer recycled or eco-friendly visors?

What’s your return policy?
We don’t accept returns on custom merchandise. Once it’s made, it’s yours. We use digital mockups and physical samples so you can approve every detail before we run your full order.
What is the turnaround time on custom visors?
Decorated blanks take about about 2 weeks of production plus shipping. Fully custom caps take longer because they include a sampling round and full production from raw materials. Plan on 2 – 2.5 months by air, or 3 – 4 months by ocean.
