Dye sublimation printing uses heat transfer to apply an image to shirts, coffee mugs, or whatever the target is. The process can successfully reproduce vibrant colors and vivid designs. 

A dye sublimation printer uses a specially designed ribbon that holds solid inks. The sublimation process involves two main phases.

1. The process begins with the transfer of unique sublimation inks or dyes to sheets of ​“transfer” sublimation paper. 
2. In the next step, heat is applied to the transfer paper as it is pressed to the target object. Heat presses transform the solid dye into a gas. This gaseous sublimation dyes then penetrate the interior of the substrate, creating a permanent color bond. 

Sublimation prints are vibrant, sharp, and durable, making them perfect for promotional products such as apparel, drinkware, hats, backpacks, and branding materials.
