TJB’s limited lifetime warranty
The James Brand guarantees all products are free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. This warranty excludes loss, theft, misuse, abuse, alterations, accidents, neglect, improper sharpening, broken blades, and normal wear and tear. Misuse or using products outside their intended purpose voids the warranty.
If a product fails before its reasonable lifetime (not due to misuse or neglect), please contact us for assistance. Proper maintenance is required for optimal performance. Knives and tools subjected to hard use over time may eventually need replacement.
