Do you offer sustainable custom trucker hats?

What is the typical turnaround time for custom trucker hats?
Decorated blanks take about 2 weeks of production plus shipping. Fully custom caps take longer because they include a sampling round and full production from raw materials. Plan on 2 to 2.5 months with air shipping, or 3 to 4 months with ocean shipping.
Is it cheaper to print or embroider hats?
At high quantities, screen printing costs less per hat, since embroidery is priced by stitch count. Embroidery feels more premium, so the call comes down to your artwork, budget, and application.
Can I order private label trucker hats for my company?
We build private label trucker hats with your name on the interior tag, your colors on the fabric, and no other branding. Anthem build these for corporate teams branding their own merch and gifting programs. We do not private-label for personal or resale hat brands.
What is your return policy?
We don’t accept returns on custom merchandise. Once we’ve made it, it’s yours. We use digital and physical samples plus a collaborative design process to guarantee your hats turn out the way you picture them.
Do all trucker hats have mesh?
Originally, all trucker hats had a mesh panel at the back. In fact, it’s a part of what made the style so popular with truckers because it helped them to keep cool when spending long days driving. Before they gained popularity with truckers, they were originally known as feeder caps because they were given away as freebies by animal feed companies.
However, the definition is looser than it used to be. We can customize your trucker hat in any way you like, meaning it doesn’t need to have a mesh back at all.
