Turnaround time depends on your order type:

• Off-the-shelf products: typically ready in about 10 – 14 business days, plus shipping time. This is the fastest delivery time for upcoming events.
• Custom products: generally take 2 – 4 months, depending on shipping and decorating method of your choice:
  • Air shipping: around 2 – 2.5 months.
  • Ocean shipping: approximately 3 – 4 months.

We don’t accept returns of custom orders. Once we customize your order and send it to you, you cannot return it. Our customization is so amazing, that you won’t want to give it back.
