Ripstop nylon and performance poly are durable and weather-resistant. They stay light, dry fast, and pack down small, so they hold up on the trail, on the water, and in the sun.

Is it cheaper to print or embroider hats?
At high quantities, screen printing costs less per hat, since embroidery is priced by stitch count. Embroidery is perceived as premium, so the call comes down to your artwork, budget, and application.
Can I order private label camper hats for my company?
