What sizes are available, and how do I handle size mix in a bulk order?
Most styles ship in youth through XL, in either fitted or adjustable closures. Adjustable caps accommodate a wider range of head sizes from a single SKU, simplifying the size mix for large orders. Fitted programs require size breakdowns up front, which our consultant will work through with you.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
We provide digital mockups as part of your order. You can request physical samples if desired. Sample timelines and costs are confirmed during the consultation, and full production never starts until you approve the sample.
Do custom baseball hats come with custom packaging options?
We can add custom packaging to your order. Options include poly bags, hang tags, branded hat boxes, custom tissue, and printed wrap.
What file format do I need to submit my logo?
Vector files are preferred (AI, EPS, or PDF with editable paths). Anthem’s logo design team can redraw raster artwork or merchandise-ready versions if your files aren’t print-ready. Bring brand color references (Pantone or hex) along with the file.
Can I order custom baseball hats in multiple styles within the same order?
Yes. Mixing panel counts, colorways, or decoration methods in a single order is supported. Each variant counts toward the program total rather than its own separate MOQ in most cases. Contact us for specific MOQs for your project.
What’s the difference between a custom-made baseball hat and a decorated blank?
A decorated blank is a stock cap with a logo applied on top. A custom-made cap is built from raw materials, with custom panels, fabric, sweatband, closure, and packaging. Anthem makes both, including co-branding through premium partners.
