Most projects move through three phases over 2 – 3 weeks, depending on scope and approvals:
Week 1: Immersive discovery + direction

Week 2: Conceptualization + refinement
We explore creative directions across graphics, colors, typography, and iconography. You review our ideas, and we refine toward the strongest path. Through a collaborative process, we iterate and fine-tune every detail until your merchandise collection feels like your brand and looks awesome.
Week 3: Final execution + production prep
We refine the strongest concepts into cohesive design systems and deliver an optimized asset library ready for production.

What file types do I receive?
You’ll receive production-ready artwork and exports based on how your items will be decorated. Standard deliverables include vector source files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF), web-ready raster exports (PNG, JPG), and organized asset libraries for reuse. We provide files optimized for screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, or other decoration methods.
Can you help choose what products to design for?
We can recommend products based on audience, budget, and the goal of the merch (event, drop, gifting, internal culture, retail, etc.). Our team understands what works and can curate a collection that matches your brand positioning.
Can you produce the merchandise too?
Anthem can support production and also build a swag store and fulfillment path if you want a full program. You can choose design-only services or extend into production, inventory management, and shipping.
How many concepts and revisions are included?
It depends on scope. We define concept count, revision rounds, and add-ons at kickoff so approvals stay smooth.
What’s the difference between merchandise design and graphic design?
Graphic design creates visuals. Merchandise design also accounts for production realities, including placement, sizing, decoration methods, material limits, durability, and how the art performs on real products.
