Decorated blanks run about 2 weeks plus shipping. Fully custom builds run longer because they include a sampling round and full production.
Ship:
Bulk ship to one address, dropship straight to recipients, or fulfill through a custom swag store. Mix methods if you need to.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We have customers worldwide, and we are happy to ship your hunting hat order to your country of choice. Please note that shipping times vary from country to country, so you may have to wait a little bit longer for your hats to arrive.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on custom merchandise. Once we have made it, it is yours. We use digital and physical samples plus a collaborative design process to guarantee your hats turn out the way you pictured them.
Can I order private label hunting hats for my company?
We build private label hunting hats with your name on the interior tag, your colors on the fabric, and no other branding. Anthem builds these for corporate teams branding their own merch and gifting programs. We do not private-label for personal or resale hat brands.
Is it cheaper to print or embroider hunting hats?
At high quantities, screen printing costs less per hat, since embroidery is priced by stitch count. Embroidery looks premium and is more durable for field use, so the call comes down to your artwork, budget, and application.
What is the turnaround time on a custom hunting hat order?
Turnaround time depends on whether you go with an off-the-shelf hat with your logo, or you want to customize the details of the hat, such as closure, material, stitching, and more.
- The standard turnaround time for producing an order of off-the-shelf hats is around 2 weeks (plus shipping time). If you have an event shortly, or your in-hand date is approaching quickly, this is likely the best option to meet your deadline.
- The turnaround time for custom hats can vary anywhere from 2 to 4 months, depending on different order variables. One variable that comes into play is your delivery date, which will help inform the shipment method of your order.
- Air shipping: 2 – 2.5 months (3 weeks for sample, 1 month full production, 2 weeks for shipping)
- Ocean shipping: 3 – 4 months (3 weeks for sample, 1 month full production, 3 months for shipping)
Do you offer sustainable custom hunting hats?
We build caps made from recycled poly, organic cotton, and other lower-impact fabrics, and we can match eco-friendly packaging to the order. Tell your consultant that sustainability is a priority, and we will build the spec around it.
What is the minimum order for custom hunting hats?

Can you make waterproof or insulated hunting hats?
We build water-resistant shells and coatings for wet conditions, and fleece-lined, ear-flap builds for cold sits. Tell your consultant the season you are building for, and we will spec the fabric and lining to match.
Which logo method works best on camo?
We recommend a patch with a solid base to create a strong border around your branding. Woven and leather patches look sharp on woodland and tonal prints. Direct embroidery still looks good on open, low-contrast camo. We recommend only using sublimation or screen printing for the underbrim.
Should I choose camo or blaze orange?
Camo helps you blend in, and blaze orange keeps you visible. Choose the base that fits your situation; we’ll make sure your logo stands out either way.
