No. Most blank suppliers build a unisex tee off men’s measurements and call it inclusive, which puts a men’s fit on every recipient. We cut a men’s block with broader shoulders, a straighter body, and a longer sleeve, then run separate women’s tees in the same fabric and artwork. One order can carry both.

Check the shoulder first. The seam belongs on the shoulder bone. Sleeves end around mid-bicep, the body tapers slightly toward the hem, and the hem falls near the middle of the fly. You should be able to pinch two to three inches of fabric at the chest, and the shirt should stay put when you raise both arms. Side-seamed bodies hold that shape, while tubular bodies hang straight and look boxier.

For a mixed adult group, large, medium, and extra large cover roughly three quarters of the run, with small and 2XL close behind and 3XL and up in single digits. Send us a roster or a sign-up sheet, and we build the size run off real numbers instead of averages. Ordering slightly large is better than ordering slightly small.

We stock extended sizes on blanks, and on a cut-and-sew program we grade the pattern to whatever your roster needs. Tall lengths add body length and sleeve length without widening the chest, so the hem stays put on a taller frame.

Pre-shrunk and garment-dyed cotton barely moves after the first wash. Untreated 100% cotton can lose some length, so we spec pre-shrunk fabric for uniform programs and size the run around it. Poly blends and performance knits hold their measurements.
