Born on the sunshine coast of Australia, Noosa was founded by Koel Thomae — an Aussie ex-pat who’d been living in Colorado — who sought out Rob Graves, a fourth-generation dairy farmer in Colorado. Together, they built a farm in Bellvue in 2009, and the following year, the company launched with four flavors that were sold at Colorado farmer’s markets and local Whole Foods stores. Today, their product line has dramatically expanded into smoothies, greek yoghurts, and many delicious flavor combinations.
