With corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT, Charter Communications is a telecommunications and mass media company with over 26 million customers in 41 states. Offering branded services as Charter Spectrum, the company is the second-largest cable operator in the U.S.
What we delivered
We worked closely with the team at Spectrum to design and produce three custom hats including a full fabric 6‑panel trucker hat, a 5‑panel foam trucker, and a dad hat.
The full fabric trucker hat has a 6‑panel design with customizations that include:
* Woven Spectrum logo patch with a merrowed edge on the front left panel
* Flat brim style
* Snapback closure matching the crown color
*Woven exterior label with an iconographic version of the Spectrum logo affixed to the snapback closure
* Woven Spectrum logo interior sweatband label
*Screen printed branded interior seam covers reading EVERYTHING YOU LOVE. AND MORE.
* Interior crown step-and-repeat screen printed Spectrum logo on the inside crown panel
The 5‑panel foam trucker includes customizations such as:
* Full-color dye sublimated foam panel with a gradient logo repeat pattern that incorporates the brand’s iconographic logo that depicts a play button
* Black contrast stitching
* Flat foam brim
* Mesh back
* Screen printed white Spectrum logo on the sublimated panel, on top of the sublimation on the lower left front crown
* Interior crown step-and-repeat screen printed Spectrum logo on the inside crown panel
* Woven exterior label with an iconographic version of the Spectrum logo affixed to the snapback closure
* Woven Spectrum logo interior sweatband label
* Screen printed branded interior seam covers reading EVERYTHING YOU LOVE. AND MORE.
The full fabric dad hat features:
* Flat embroidered Spectrum logo positioned on the center of the front panels
* Full fabric in the brand’s color palette of navy blue
* Woven exterior label with an iconographic version of the Spectrum logo affixed to the snapback closure
* Woven Spectrum logo interior sweatband label
