St. Regis Aspen
The St. Regis Aspen is a luxury hotel located at the base of Aspen Mountain. Just steps from the gondola in downtown Aspen, Colorado, the resort features incredible views, a world-class spa, and an outdoor heated pool.
What we delivered
We partnered with St. Regis Aspen to create a line of custom-branded merchandise for the hotel gift shop, including these sleek custom beanies and dad hats.
Beanie Customizations:

The dad hats come in a black twill and include customizations such as:
- The St. Regis icon is directly embroidered onto the front panel in a solid white thread color
- Woven snapback tag featuring a full-color Colorado state flag design
- Screen printed interior seam taping with the brand name and location repeated
- The interior woven label on the sweatband carries the resort’s logo
- Curved brim construction
- Slide metal closure
- Unstructured crown construction
- St. Regis wordmark is directly embroidered and centered over the snapback
The quilted foam trucker also comes in a black twill and includes customizations such as:
- The St. Regis icon is decorated with a puff embroidered style directly on the front panel in a solid black thread color, creating a tonal black-on-black look
- The quilted foam crown gives the hat a sophisticated and stylish overall vibe
- Curved brim
- White woven snapback tag featuring the iconographic logo in a contrast black so it pops against the body’s primary color
- Black mesh back
- The St. Regis wordmark is directly embroidered in white thread on the right side of the hat over the mesh back.
- Screen printed interior seam taping with the brand name and location repeated.
