There is a minimum quantity for corporate sales (typically 25 units), which varies depending on the product. Contact our corporate sales team for specific details on the minimum order requirements for the items you want.

You cannot return custom orders. Once we customize a product for you, it’s yours. Plus, you’re not going to want to return them, because they’re awesome.

Our typical turnaround time for all custom orders is the following:

• Off-shelf products: 10 – 14 business days (+ shipping time). If you have an event soon, or your in-hand date is approaching quickly, this is likely the best option to meet your deadline.
• Custom products: 2 – 4 months (depending on different variables of the order). For air shipping, it usually takes 3 weeks for the sample, 1 month production time, and 2 weeks for shipping. For ocean shipping it takes 3 weeks for the sample, 1 month for full production, plus 3 months for shipping.
