A rancher-style hat, also known as a rancher hat or ranch hat, is a type of wide-brimmed hat traditionally worn by ranchers and cowboys. 

Here are some key characteristics of rancher-style hats:

• Pre-production samples (2.5 – 3.5 weeks) 
• Production (15 – 20 days)
• Shipping (7 – 10 days air and 30 – 35 days ocean)

Our minimum quantity for a branded straw hat order is 12 pcs for just a front patch, or 50 pcs for a front patch and sublimated under brim.

While both feature iconic brimmed crowns with historic roots, there are distinct differences between fedora hats and rancher hats:

• Fedoras are typically made from felt, wool, or cotton fabrics, while rancher hats are constructed from sturdy straw or leather materials.
• Fedoras have a pinched crown with a signature center dent. Rancher hats have a tall, rounded, or creased open crown.
• Fedora brims are narrower in the front and wider on the sides. Rancher hat brims are very wide all the way around, usually 3.5−5 inches.
• Fedoras sport a lengthwise crease along the crown. Rancher hat crowns are smooth and uncrested.
• Fedoras originated from European influences and gained popularity in early 20^th century America. Rancher hats have their roots in cowboy hats worn in the American West.
• Fedoras exude a classic, formal dress aesthetic. Rancher hats give off a rugged, outdoorsy ranch vibe.

• Abaca is a type of natural fiber that is derived from the abaca plant, which is native to the Philippines. It is known for its high tear strength and is considered to be the strongest of all-natural fibers.
