What we delivered
To help protect their crews, project managers, staff, and sales representatives from the sun and stay calm, we worked with the group to design and produce custom straw hats.
The generously wide-brim construction offers 360-degree protection and shade. The light-colored woven straw is not only lightweight but creates breathability. No matter where the teams work, the VCGFL brand is clearly and stylishly visible throughout each project.
Customizations include:
- The VCGFL wordmark is prominently placed on the center of the hat, with a woven patch, directly sewn on
- For another touch of branding, the underbrim is fully sublimated with a step and repeat logo pattern
- The under-brim fabric folds over the brim and is sewn around, giving a nice color pop that compliments the merrowed edge logo patch.
- A black rope cord wraps around the front and is threaded through grommet holes on either side so the hat can hang around the neck when not being worn. It also helps secure the hat when worn with the adjustable spring pinch clasp.
