Plank Road Tap Room is a craft brewery in Elgin, Illinois. They’re known for their American craft beer varieties, food trucks, and award-winning beer garden.
What We Delivered
We partnered with the brewery to stock their online and brewery shop with custom hats and beanies.
The custom 6‑panel trucker hat features:
- Embroidered logo patch is sewn onto the center crown with a merrowed edge
- Contrast stitching on the curved brim
- Sewn-on matching stripes around the bottom of the hat
- Accented under the brim
- Screen printed interior taping
- Screen-printed custom design centered on the crown interior
- Above the bottom of the hat, a branded design is embroidered on the mesh to the left of the snapback
- Branded woven label on the interior sweatband
The custom pom knit beanie features:
- Dark blue and light blue body colors
- Matching 3″ pom
- Laser-etched suede patch stitched onto the front
- Woven label looped around the left side of the cuff
