Based in Boulder, Knight Composites designs, tests, and builds proprietary wheelsets for road, mountain, cross, gravel, and triathlon bikes.
What we delivered
We partnered with the manufacturing company to design and produce custom flat brim snapback hats that are sold directly from their website as part of their branded apparel program.
The all-black structured logo snapback hat features:
* Six-panel design
* Full-color icon logo applied to the left front panel in a puff embroidery method providing an elevated pop especially with the contrast of the orange against black
* The typeface logo is on the right front panel and is directly embroidered in a light grey giving it a flat looking finish and a tonal aesthetic
* Woven orange and black clamp tag on the snapback closure
* Woven Knight Composites interior label
* Screen printed branded interior taping
