Boon
Founded in August 2020, GU Energy Labs launched Boon, a line of nutritious Stroopwafels and Almond Butters made for daily life. Crafted with unique and functional ingredients, Boon snacks are made to nourish the body during the time between workouts and races.
With a proud brand ethos that rallies around a philosophy behind meaningful eating and purposeful ingredients, Boon uses carefully sourced ingredients from local partners who are socially responsible and environmentally conscious.
What we delivered
We partnered with team Boon team to create custom full fabric corduroy hats with customizations that include:
- The hats are a cinnamon spice color, emulating one of the company’s Stroopwafel flavors
- Flat brim style
- 5‑panel design
- A white accent rope around the brim, giving the logo a visual anchor and added flair to the piece as a whole
- The Boon logo is on the front center of the crown in a thick, dense embroidery giving added texture to the overall design and attraction to the brand name
- White mesh buckram folded down on the interior front panel for breathability and added crown structure
- Maroon plastic snapback closure
- Screen printed interior seam taping with custom brand messaging: “For lives in motion”
- Woven snapback label with the logo
- Woven interior sweatband label with the logo and tagline
