- Air shipping: 2 to 2.5 months. About 3 weeks for the sample, 1 month for full production, and 2 weeks to ship.
- Ocean shipping: 3 to 4 months. About 3 weeks for the sample, 1 month for full production, and up to 3 months to ship.
Does Anthem ship internationally?
We work with international clients regularly. Expect several additional weeks on top of our standard 35-day production timeline. Contact us to discuss your project and receive an accurate delivery schedule.
What is your return policy?
We don’t accept returns on custom merchandise. Once we’ve made it, it’s yours to keep. We use digital/physical samples and a collaborative design process to guarantee custom products turn out exactly as you imagined.
Can I mix bucket hat styles or colors in the same order?
Yes. Mixing fabrics, colorways, brim styles, or decoration methods in a single order is supported. Each variant counts toward the program total rather than its own separate MOQ in most cases. Contact us for specifics.
What file format do I need to submit my logo?
Vector files are preferred (AI, EPS, or PDF with editable paths). Anthem’s logo design team can redraw raster artwork or build embroidery-ready versions if your files aren’t print-ready. Bring brand color references (Pantone or hex) along with the file.
Can I get custom packaging with my bucket hat order?
We can ship your order with custom packaging. Options include custom poly bags, hang tags, branded hat boxes, custom tissue, and printed wrap. Custom packaging is especially common for gift programs and retail-grade drops where the unboxing matters.
