Three ways to build custom-made camo hats
Anthem offers multiple construction options to meet your budget, timeline, and project goals.
Premium blanks, decorated
Quality decorated hats from premium blank stock. The broadest range of styles and colorways, with the fastest turnaround.
Best for: Events, quick-turn campaigns, and pilot orders.
Co-branded with premium partners
Factory-level co-branding on partners like Yeti, Carhartt, and New Era. Recipients recognize the brand before they see your logo.
Best for: Corporate gifting, employee programs, and premium brand positioning.
Fully custom cut-and-sew
Custom construction, fabrics, colorways, interior labeling, and packaging proprietary to your brand. No off-the-shelf starting point.
Best for: Retail brands, signature merch programs, GWP, and full brand ownership.
Camo hat brand partners
Anthem holds direct relationships with 50+ premium brand partners. We can decorate stock camo from Richardson, Yupoong, Carhartt, Yeti, Nike, The North Face, Cotopaxi, Oakley, Dickies, Adidas, and Under Armour. Co-branding happens at the factory, so you get proprietary camo designs from labels your audience knows and loves.

How custom camo hat orders work
Anthem manages every step. The ordering process is the same whether you are ordering decorated stock blanks or a fully custom cut-and-sew build.

Produce:
Hats go into production. Standard lead time is 30 to 35 days from approval.
Ship:
Bulk delivery to one address, individual dropshipping to your team, or fulfillment through your custom swag store. Or combine fulfilment methods to meet your needs.

Why brands choose custom camo hats
Camo isn’t just a hunting print. It is a vibe that fits into all sorts of custom apparel programs.
Tonal and tiger camo read fashion-forward, and a custom-made cap with woven labels and branded boxes says “Buy me!” Alcohol brands and lifestyle labels use camo to add visual texture to a collection without leaning on a graphic.
A decorated blank in woodland or digital camo is a wearable badge at multi-day events. Anthem builds caps into broader event kits alongside other promotional products so the kit feels deliberate.
Field crews, hunting guides, fishing outfitters, ranch operations, and conservation groups add camo to their uniforms for the same reasons they always have, with the bonus of a brand mark. Performance fabrics and durable construction hold up across a season of use.
A co-branded camo cap from a name like Carhartt or Patagonia, packed in custom packaging and dropshipped to addresses across the country, makes a gifting program feel personal at any scale. Anthem also handles client gifting and seasonal programs.

Personalized camo hats FAQs
What file format do I need to submit my logo?
Vector files are preferred (AI, EPS, or PDF with editable paths). Anthem’s logo design team can redraw raster artwork or merchandise-ready versions if your files aren’t print-ready. Bring brand color references (Pantone or hex) along with the file.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
We provide digital mockups as part of your order. You can request physical samples if desired. Sample timelines and costs are confirmed during the consultation, and full production never starts until you approve the sample.
Which camo pattern should my brand choose?
Match your pattern to your brand. Here’s what tends to fit:
- Woodland and duck camo fit outdoor, field, and heritage brands.
- Tonal camo fits premium retail and fashion-forward labels that want pattern without volume.
- Digital and MultiCam fit tactical, motorsports, and tech brands.
- Tiger and urban camo fit streetwear and music.
- Blaze fits safety, hunting events, and high-visibility programs.
A brand consultant can walk through your audience and recommend a pattern that reads in the right register.
What decoration looks best on camo?
Patches create a solid background for the logo, which helps it pop against camo. Leather and woven patches look premium, while PVC and rubber patches hold up in wet or rugged use. Embroidery also works well, especially when the thread color contrasts with the pattern or when the logo lands on a less-busy panel like a foam front or undervisor.
Can I mix camo with solid panels?
Anthem regularly builds caps with a camo bill and solid crown, a camo front and solid back, or contrast camo panels alongside solids. Mixing breaks up the pattern and gives the logo a cleaner home, which is useful when the artwork is detailed or color-sensitive.
Can I order custom camo hats in multiple styles with the same order?
Yes. A single program can run a trucker, a dad hat, and a beanie in the same camo pattern, with the same logo treatment across all three. In most cases, each variant counts toward the program total rather than its own separate MOQ.
What is the turnaround time for promotional camo caps orders?
Turnaround depends on whether you decorate an off-the-shelf camo cap with your logo or build a fully custom one. Either way, we work fast.
Decorated blanks are the quick path: production runs about 2 weeks plus shipping, which makes them the best option for tight deadlines.
Fully custom camo caps take longer because they include a sampling round and full production from raw materials. Plan on 2 to 4 months, depending on your shipping method:
- Air shipping: 2 to 2.5 months. About 3 weeks for the sample, 1 month for full production, and 2 weeks to ship.
- Ocean shipping: 3 to 4 months. About 3 weeks for the sample, 1 month for full production, and up to 3 months to ship.
What is your return policy?
We don’t accept returns on custom merchandise. Once we’ve made it, it’s yours to keep. We use digital/physical samples and a collaborative design process to guarantee custom products turn out exactly as you imagined.
