Dangerous Man Brewing
Dangerous Man Brewing, founded by Rob and Sarah Miller, began in 2013 after Rob’s passion for homebrewing led to the development of over 200 beer recipes. Inspired by The Kettlehouse in Montana, they envisioned a taproom-only model, which became possible after the Surly bill passed in Minnesota. Located in the NE Bank Building in Minneapolis, their taproom quickly became a community hub. In October 2023, the building was sold, and their taproom closed, but the brewery continues to produce craft beer at its production facility, with plans for future ventures still in development.
