About Anthem Branding: Anthem Branding is a premium merchandise agency based in Boulder, Colorado. We partner with leading brands across industries including hospitality, action sports, technology, entertainment, crypto, and wellness — among others. Known for our high-touch custom merchandise, striking retail packaging, and captivating brand identities, we’ve had the privilege of working with clients like Chipotle, Google, and Subaru.

About the internship: We’re seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Intern to support our outbound lead generation efforts and learn how a creative agency develops new client relationships. In this role, you’ll learn about Anthem Branding’s services, research prospective clients, build targeted prospect lists, and help execute outbound email campaigns. You’ll work closely with our business development team and gain visibility into how our leadership team approaches new client opportunities. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot (our marketing and sales CRM) and ZoomInfo (a prospecting platform). This internship offers real exposure to how agencies generate new business and build client relationships.

Location: This part-time position operates from our office in downtown Boulder, Colorado. Preference will be given to students located in Boulder during the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of Anthem Branding’s services and capabilities
  • Research potential clients and industries aligned with our target markets
  • Build and maintain targeted prospecting lists
  • Analyze and organize prospect data
  • Assist with outbound email campaigns and sales outreach
  • Attend select prospective client meetings and internal strategy discussions
  • Track opportunities and activity in HubSpot
  • Coordinate and send product samples to prospective clients
  • Assist with occasional administrative and research tasks

  • Flexible start date (April – June 2026)
  • Commitment of at least 20 – 25 hours per week
  • Ability to use your own laptop
