Located in the heart of Boulder, 30 PRL is a vibrant, cohesive, mixed-use neighborhood that opened in 2021. With its easily-accessible central location, eco-friendly nature, and artsy vibe, 30 PRL offers a modern, urban, and inclusive neighborhood that promotes community and health.
What we delivered
We collaborated with Coburn and Boulder Housing Partners to help with everything from name ideation to brand creation. Inspired by the development’s central location and accessibility to the greater community, we created a unique and highly customized logo for 30 PRL that feels sophisticated, vibrant, and approachable.
