Opening in San Antonio, Texas, in 2020, V!VA Brewery started out as a shared hobby between neighbors, Bobby Jones, and MJ Johnson. The brand's mission is to create a high-quality and approachable craft beer.

Today, the duo has brought four V!VA varieties to market and plans to continue to rapidly grow in the San Antonio community.

We partnered with the new brewery to design, create, and produce premium custom promotional products to be sold in their online swag shop.

Part of their collection includes custom flat brim foam trucker hats. These custom 5-panel mesh back hats pull aesthetic direction from the brand's deep roots in the south-central Texas city and the unique vibes of the V!VA brand -- a lively, festive, and bright color palette.

With a main body color of navy, these hats are decorated with:

- A sublimated foam crown sporting a hop-based repeated design
- Sewed down woven label on the crown's left corner with the V!VA logo on the front panel
- Woven clamp tag on the snapback with another nod to the brewery's San Antonio roots
- The brand name is embroidered flat and centered on the over the snapback in the brand's bright orange Pantone hue creating a contrast that pops against the dark navy blue
- Screen printed interior taping reading "Celebramos Juntos - V!VA brewery" translating to "We celebrate together - V!VA Brewery"
- On the interior crown, a silhouette outline of the San Antonio skyline is screen printed in white -- adding a nice final touch to their love for their Texas community
- The interior sweatband has a white branded woven label
