Job Duties & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and collaborative Account Manager to join our promotional products and custom merchandise team. This individual is responsible for managing and supervising the successful execution of projects that fall under their responsibility, ensuring that they run smoothly, and are completed on time and within budget.

This full-time position operates during regular office hours remotely and/or from our office in downtown Boulder, CO, and reports to the Director of Accounts & Creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client-branded merchandise projects from start to finish while exceeding client expectations.
  • Communicate with clients and partners in a professional manner.
  • Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring regular communication.
  • Take ownership of several projects at once while adjusting to ever-changing priorities.
  • Research and suggest product solutions relevant to current trends and client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the creative, account, and production teams.
  • Translate and elaborate client assignments into meaningful and concise briefs for creative teams.
  • Flawlessly input project details into the database.
  • Keep up with many deadlines in a fast-paced environment to ensure quick project timelines and expectations are met.
  • Work closely with all account staff on internal initiatives and to solve external challenges if/when they arise.
  • Provide insight and expertise as the lead on client meetings and calls.
  • Balance client expectations with internal team resources.
  • Ensure the highest level of client service.
  • Contribute to product brainstorming and marketing ideation sessions.
  • Proactive approach to client communication, from initial contact to follow-ups.

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in advertising or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in promotional products and custom apparel
  • 3+ years of experience in account/project management
  • Experience managing both individuals and teams a plus
  • Proficiency in Mac platform, Google Apps
  • Experience with commonsku, Monday and Slack preferred, but not required

Salary and Benefits

Salary is commensurate with experience, plus benefits. Benefits include unlimited Flexible Time Off, optional medical and dental insurance plan, fifteen (15) company holidays per year and a 401(K) program after one year of service. Anthem Branding employees qualify for base benefits effective the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
