Based in Sun Valley, Idaho – renowned for its love of and sought after outdoor adventure culture – the clothing brand worked alongside our team of brand experts creating to create custom straw hats.

Featuring a ranunculus floral pattern found throughout the company’s other items such as their Kaweah bike shorts, we pulled inspiration into the straw hat line in a cohesive and connected manner while remaining authentically aligned to their visual brand identity system.

Custom straw hat customizations include:

- Sublimated underbrim in a full color branded floral pattern sewn .5” over the brim edge for a subtle pop of color and brand recognition
- Black rope around the brim with an adjustable wooden bead closure
- Tailored interior tag
- Black interior sweatband
- Double sided materials label
- Woven logo patch sewn on the center of the crown
